3. Order or request a quote
Place the order directly, or request a formal quotation you can approve online with one click.
4. Confirm & deliver
We confirm stock, final price and delivery date, then dispatch. Track everything with your reference number.
Placing an order
Best when you know what you need and the prices are shown. We review availability, call or email to confirm, and send an invoice with delivery. Payment options: bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque.
Requesting a quotation
Best for large volumes, items priced on request, tenders or procurement approval. You receive a formal quotation by email and can accept it online — it becomes an order instantly.
